VCF upgrade from 4.1.0 precheck failed vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager connection check field.

Dear Experts,

I am upgrade the SDDC Manager from 4.1.0, but the upgrade precheck for the VRLCM failed,  the error messages is: vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager connection check field.

Would you have some suggestions?

Are you able to login to the VRSLCM using the SVC account ?
