VCF vmnic change

Currently, I deploy my VCF 4.5.1 . But now I need to change my vDS pNIC, Is there any dependency if I am changing my vDS pNIC ?

Contact support, it's generally not recommended to change VDS and pnic configuration post deployment from memory.

To use physical NICs other than vminc0 and vmnic1 as the uplinks for the first vSphere Distributed Switch, you must use a JSON file for management domain deployment in Cloud Builder or use the SDDC Manager API for VI workload domain deployment.

Your sddc db has the VDS information . 

so its not supported butter to get support engaged .
