All web browsers not working correctly

IE 6 or 7, Firefox or safari in Window XP or Vista exhibit the same funky behavior.

Typing in an address like http://yahoo.com/somepage.html does not load the page. The only thing that happens is the File Menu appears active. Like in IE the file tab turns blue.

Entering http://yahoo.com/ works. Clicking on a link to http://yahoo.com/somepage.html works fine. But typeing or pasting in http://yahoo.com/somepage.html (with a page) fails.

It does happen many a time.... why dont you try this...copy from the notepad and then try pasting on the web browser address..it should work..it depends from where you copy and paste the URL...
