BUG? Native SKYPE crashing when using RC1l

Possible BUG?

I run the native SKYPE for Mac OS 2.6.0.148 whilst I am working.

If I am running \{Fusion RC1, full screen, WinXP} and there is an incoming call on SKYPE AND I answer the call, SKYPE crashes. Fusion survives.

If am NOT running Fusion, SKYPE works fine.

Could be an issue with SKYPE I guess, but it seems odd that the only time it crashes this is when running FUSION, so I though I'd better report it.

( 20" iMac, 2G ram, Mac OS 10.4.10 )

I've never had a problem on mine, you may want to upgrade the newest skype and see if that helps.

What's in the crash log for skype?

Open Console (Applications/Utilities) and look at the logs (if not visible, click on Logs icon on upper left corner), there ~/Library/Logs

That location should contain skype.crash.log

The crash log will tell what caused the issue to the level of program function, framework etc. You can select all text in skype crash log and attach to a text file and upload here (and probably would be a good idea to also contact Skype) or in your sr.

Hi

re: post from adamsimpson

I thought I had checked that, but now I see there was an update on the 18th - and indeed it seems fine now I've upgraded.

Many thanks

Nick
