Display blacks out on full screen

Just upgraded from 13.0.2 to 13.5. Running Windows 11 ARM. Host OS is MacOS 14 Sonoma.

If I put the Fusion window to full screen, and put any window in Windows to full screen, everything goes black. I can see the cursor, go to the CTRL+ALT+DEL, but the only way I can see anything is to go back to Single Window in MacOS.

Did you upgrade the VMware Tools after upgrading for Fusion 13.0.2 to 13.5?

What's interesting is that none of my VM's prompted the upgrade, and the menu only says 'reinstall' (at least from the second TP).
