Fusion 4 and XP. Treat Enter and Return keys like Mac?

Can I get Fusion 4/XP to treat the Enter and Return keys the same as the way the Mac treats them?

Thanks for any help. I couldn't find anything on the forum addressing this.

Many Windows applications like Quickbooks and Excel and I think XP in general treat the Enter key and Return key as different keys and perform different functions based on which key is hit. On the Mac, most of the time the Enter and Return keys are essentially the same and can be used interchangeably

I want them to behave the same way in both XP as they do in 10.6.x/10.7.x so when I am switching between both OSes in Unity the behavior is the same.
