Having trouble mirroring folders

Hi,

I'm having trouble mirroring folders. I want the htdocs folder on my Mac to be synchronized with the htdocs folder on my Windows XP VM.

Files in this folder here:

/users/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/

Are the same as files in this folder here:

C:\XAMP\htdocs\

I've read numerous posts and videos but found nothing. What do I need to do?

This is not a VMware Fusion issue per se since the VMware Mirrored Folders feature only acts on the Mac's "Desktop", "Documents", Music" and "Pictures" folder by remapping them to the corresponding folders in Windows and this really isn't mirroring as the name of the feature suggests.

You'll have to employ some other method to keep the two locations in sync.
