There is an easy button built in to the software to virtualize a Windows PC. But I don't see one for virtualizing a Mac.
My host Mac has become cluttered and unkept. I want to kinda-sorta start fresh with a clean MacOS host.
I thought that maybe I could use my Time Machine backups on an external Thunderbolt 2 to "restore" to a VM. Then I can wipe my host clean, reinstall Fusion, and fire up my new VM so that I have access to everything I had on the host before I wiped it clean.
Is this possible? Is this the best way to go about this? Any suggestions?
