Hello,
I installed apache2, mysql and phpmyadmin but now I can't figure how to access phpmyadmin on my mac (sonoma). I can access the apache2 on my mac with this ip : http://192.168.234.15 but http://192.168.234.15/phpmyadmin doesn't work (the requested url was not found on the server).
Can someone help me, I'm a newbie in vm etc...
Thanks !
So I did find the answer on this site : digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-secure-phpmyadmin-on-ubuntu-20-04
I think my problem was the "Warning: When the prompt appears, “apache2” is highlighted, but not selected. If you do not hit SPACE to select Apache, the installer will not move the necessary files during installation. Hit SPACE, TAB, and then ENTER to select Apache"
A couple of questions to clarify the situation.
What operating system is running in the VM?
is IP address 192.168.234.15 the IP address of the VM?
Did you install Apache, etc on the VM or the host?
When you say “I can access the apache2 on my Mac” do you mean “I can open a browser on my Mac and access the Apache server in the VM”?
If you can access the Apache web service via a web browser but not the phpmyadmin application, I’d suspect the Apache web server configuration within the VM.
Hey, sorry for the late response I was in vacation.
The sistem is ubuntu server, 192.168.234.15 is the IP of the VM, apache is installed on the VM. And yes I can open a browser on my Mac and access the Apache server in the VM.
Thanks !

At this point I'd be looking at the Apache logging in the VM. It seems like a misconfiguration of the web server in the VM if you can access the server with a browser but not the application.
Ok I see but how do I do that ?
Consult the Apache httpd and/or phpmyadmin documentation for log file locations.
Depending on the distribution has configured the Apache httpd server, httpd server logs are either in /var/log/httpd or /var/log/apache2 in the VM.

Unfortunately I'm not a phpmyadmin or apache expert. I'm not sure if anyone here is either, but we may get lucky.
You'd have better luck in other forums that deal with how to set up apache and phpmyadmin on Ubuntu. From what I'm seeing this has nothing to do with Fusion.
Ok thank you a lot for your help! I will search on other forum.
