In VMWare Fusion I am gettign message "too many virtual machines" with 1st machine I created.

I installed evaluation copy of VMWare fusion on MAC OS X (I think itis Tiger version, on Intel).

Installation ran OK, but when I try to start virtual machine I created, I am gettign message that Fusion cannot start VM becasue there are "too manu virtual machines" or somethign like that.

I also copied existing virtual machine form Windows machine and tried to start it. I got the same message.

Anyone can help?

Gregory

At the least, we need the exact error message. A screenshot will work, but for space/easy readability, transcription is preferred. Also, see

Adding more details to the question:

I have MAC OS X v 10.4.7

The message I am getting: "Cannot power on virtual machine: too many virtual machines"

Thanks.

Frankly you barely added anything however what you did add show you have not meet the minimum system requirement to run Fusion!

One of Fusion's minimum system requirements is Mac OS X version 10.4.9 or later

You should click the Apple menu and select Software Update...
