Mojave - No Login Dialog for Windows 10

I'm on Mojave on a MacBook Pro.  I have lots of RAM and disk space.  I am on VMWare Fusion 10.1

Since upgrading, I can't get a login dialog box on Windows 10.  Essentially, this makes my VMWare Workstation useless.

Anyone else having this issue, or have any ideas how to fix it?
