No Unity in Vista and Sluggish

Hello

I've been using Fusion for about 2 weeks and up until a few days ago using a XP virtual machine. Things couldn't have been better, especially when I discovered how Unity works.

I upgraded the XP virtual machine to Vista a few days ago and Unity window doesn't work and the machine really slowed down, mouse movement etc. I upgraded to the 1.13 release also of Fusion. Please note that I upgraded the virtual machine from XP to Vista since I only had access to an upgrade disk.

I have a iMac with an Intel Core Duo 1.83 Ghz processor and 1.5 GB of RAM.

Any comments on the Unity problem and the sluggishness?

Thank you.

You can install Vista from the upgrade disk without an OS present on the system and this has been covered before and directions on how can be found by googling it.

Did you upgrade VMware Tools in the Virtual Machine? Either way I'd try uninstalling/reinstalling VMware Tools in the Virtual Machine in an attempt to get Unity working again.
