I was running window XP in version 3 with no problems. I just upgraded to VM Version 4 and then installed a Windows 7 32 bit upgrade to my XP. I have installed and uninstalled the VM tools at least 8 times and I cannot get Windows 7 to use the VMware Svga 3D card. Message error 43. I am trying to play Civ 4 and it will not install now as it returns error message that the 3d card is invalid. I am pulling my hair out. I am thinking of just going back to version 3 but I am not too sure how to down grade from 4 to 3 without losing my windows 7. Anyone have any thoughts about this?
