Getting Account Deactivated Error

Hi Team,



Hope you're doing.



We are trying to access the VMware IT Academy portal but our instructor and students are getting account Deactivated error.

Anyone can support us in this regard.

Do include your institution name and the primary email address of the account, together with a screenshot of the error if possible.
