I have some issue on my nsx-t deployment, i have delete the first nsx-t which is deploy over vcenter, but the nsx manager still appear on nxs manager GUI, can you help me guys.

can you please provide CLI output on following commands inside NSX:
get cluster status
Also if problematic manager is shown - can you try detach it using following command:
detach node <NSX manager UUID>
