Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone can help. I am trying to put together in my mind the basic flows as to how a request comes into NSX Manager, and how this is distributed to the NSX components.
This is what i have so far:
1. A REST call comes to the NSX Managers tcserver (I am assuming it is a tcserver instance like VC) to attach a VM to a logical switch
2. The tcserver becomes the provider in the RabbitMQ configuration
3. Message is passed to the RabbitMQ exchange and passed into the RabbitMQ queue
4. The consumer (The ESXi Host user space RabbitMQ client (vsfwd) receives the update talk to the necessary components to make the necessary changes)
Am i correct in the communication flow in this example?
