NSX-T VM objects

Hi All,

I recently installed a new NSX-T cluster using the standalone OVA deployment and although I have configured a compute manager I don't see any VMs under Inventory => Virtual machines. Should we deploy NSX to clusters/hosts in order to populate VM inventory? I remember in NSX-V we could use any VM registered on the connected vCenter without even deploying NSX on the cluster these VMs were on.

Thanks

Dimitris

Hi,

Yes, you have to prepare the hosts for NSX-T.
