i am using nsx-v 6.4.11 as an edge firewall and hosts is not prepared and i don't configure any logical switch. i only deployed one nsx edge appliance and created some nat rules for accessing vms internet. i saw something weird today, last week i've created a vm and install Ubuntu 18.04 on it then install Bigbluebutton with greenligh package in Ubuntu os. i published it by a dnat rule on internet (by nsx edge) and it works but my client that reside in another vlan cannot open bbb web server or even ping the ip of bbb server. so i login to nsx edge appliance os and try to ping ip of bbb server in it but it can not ping it. when nsx edge couldn't access to this server so other vms in different vlans can not access it. there is no problem to access this from internet or vms in same vlan.
i think root cause of this problem is docker. greenlight use docker for web application and db. docker created a bridge interface with this network range: 172.17.0.1/16.
