So try and stay with me here - I'm not a developer and this may be an IIS type issue but thought I would throw it out here to see if anyone might be able to help.
Basically I have an asp.net application that I've built which references VMware.vim in order to query our vCenter and gather some CPU/Memory metrics from certain VMs. Anyways, building, compiling and running the application on my local workstation via Visual Studio 2010 works absolutely fine - no problems at all. Once copied to IIS 7 everything seems to die - getting errors around CryptoSupport.dll not being a valid win32 application
PowerCLI is installed on the machine running IIS as well as the dll's are copied into my bin folder for the application - still a no go...
Here's hoping someone has the answer 🙂
Thanks,
MIke
