Can VMware Remote Console connect to a computer desktop remotely?

Hi all,

I am a new user of VMware, I download the VMware Remote Console, because I want to connect another computer desktop remotely. However, I cannot do this operation with VMware Remote Console, because I do not know how to operate, every option is "disabled" (in grey).

Any help will be appreciated.
