incompatible device backing specified for device '0'

Hello folk,

Please help me to overcome following problem.

I have an ESX 4.0 Server with running virtual machine on it. Virtual machine has

a Network Adapter1, vSphere displays it as crossed out, it means that it's not

activated. Well, i start vm, press Edit button over "Network adapter1" and change

devise status on the Connect as a result a get an error message:

incompatible device backing specified for device '0'

below is a config file of the vm:

you tried add more one network adapter to check if problem continue ?
