Cant access from guest to host

I m using VMplayer 5. I m new to netweorking. I want to connect my Host ( windows 7) with my guest (also windows 7). In both my host and guest OS, I turned on file n printer sharing, share public folder etc.I m using NAT Now I can access folders from host to guest BUT NOT vise versa (guest to host). I can find the host pc in network place in guest OS but I cant access to host from guest, it says- u may not have permission to.....

I dont want to use homegroup for now. Pls help

If the Guest has Internet/Network Connectivity then this is really not a VMware issue per se, nor is it meant to be a classroom to teach you networking as there are more then enough tutorials already available on the Internet so Google is your friend.   There is also documentation on networking in Help and Support in Windows 7.
