vmware player of workstation; possible to pass 2nd gfx card for real GL support?

Hi all,

Woundering if its possible in passing a 2nd graphics card to a guest (dedicting it to the guest) using either VMWare Player or Workstion?

Please, no need to be koi.

I can do this in Xen, so I was hoping a competing product would have competing features.

And please, if you say "go use Xen", then you are a diservice to the community.

As far as VMware is concerned I've already answer the question however I have read somewhere that Xen is capable of that so you might want to check it out. Smiley Wink

JSYK My original answer was based on the Video section of the Virtual Machine Specifications and the fact that the VM doesn't see the Host's Graphics Adapter however another option might be using something like a USB to DVI External Video Card that you could connect directly to the VM, although you'll have to so some additional research to see it that would work for your needs.
