ESXI Upgrade Error

Hello Community Members,

I am trying to update  ESXi-7.0b-16324942-standard to  ESXi-7.0U3l-21424296-standard or  ESXi-7.0U3m-21686933-standard but getting "Memory Error".

Is this some RAM issue? Please suggest a solution.

I had already tried adding a datastore to this location Host--Manage--System--Swap--Datastore.

Other Settings are Yes at this same location.

Is this nested inside VMs on VMware Workstation Pro, or just ESXi installed on a physical system?
