FPS Drop in Games

I have FPS Drop in Need for Speed: Underground in Windows XP SP2 in VMware Workstation 12 Pro. I'm playing in VMware Workstation because game freezing in Windows 10 and i can't play it. I have a good computer.

Because WinXP is an old Guest OS and the XPDM driver for Winxp is freezed, If you use WinXP, you can not use the new DX10 feature for Workstation. So can you switch to Win7 or higher?

And for your questions:

In Workstation 12 we obsolete the D3D render and instead of using the DX11 render by default, so you can try to disable DX11Render and enable D3D render in your vmx file to see if it can work better:
