Is it possible to use VMWare Workstation Windows to run Fedora with systemd?

Is it possible to run systemd on Linux (Fedora 24, or any other version) on Windows VMWare workstation?

I'm trying to use Docker but systemd does't run in docker containers on windows without much tweaking.

Hi,

Fedora is only supported on Fedora 22 and earlier, Ubuntu 16.04 however is supported on Workstation 12.0 (and thus also Workstation 12.5)
