None of my Virtual Servers are able to connect to the internet. But the host can

Good day!

I have a bit of a dilima, Here it goes:

I have 3 virtual servers running on Workstation 9 that up until yesterday could access the internet and ping each other. My wife did some rearranging and shutdown the host without properly shutting down the VM's. When I powered up my servers 1) Domain Controller 2) SQL Server 3)SCCM 2012

All I get is the red x over the nic icon in the systems tray. When I run IPconfig /all my out put shows media disconnected and the IP starteding with 169.x.x.x as if there is no DHCP. I do however have intenet connectivity on the actual host server and also my spare laptops.

Note:

Server is a Lenovo TD230

1 Nic port

1 Managment port (aka iLo)

all of the virtual machines are Windows Server 2008 R2

Archive (compress) the .vmx and .log files for one of the VM's into a single .zip file and attach to a reply post.

I ended up going into the network editor and deleting the network setting and setting back to default. Once they were rebuilt I was able to connect to the internet. I am up and running again.

Thanks for your assistance with troubleshooting. Have a great weekend!
