Hello all
I have DOS application which runs perfect on workstation but there might be a problem while printing.
I got new printer which is working fine on linux but each time when i try to print from DOS , printer says "Getting data" and prints nothing.
The device is located at /dev/usb/lp0. If i try from terminal:
echo 'hello world' > /dev/usb/lp0
I get very simular behavior as from workstation.
So i guess new printer can't print simple text and i need to convert it somehow...
But the question is how? Any suggestions?
Another question is, is it possible to teach vmware to use cups client for printing?
