VMware Workstation 12 Pro possibly causing BSOD, how to get support for trial version?

Hi,

I have recently installed the trial of VMware Workstation 12 Pro as I wanted to test things before I commit to buy and have experiences two BSOD since the install on a previously stable machine.

I have analysed the crashdumps from both BSODs using windbg and have found the culprit to be vmware-usbarbitrator64.exe

However with my limited knowledge of windbg this could quite possibly be wrong but I'd like to submit the crashdumps to vmware for analysis if that is possible?

I am unable to submit a support ticket as I am just testing the software or I would have used that method rather than bringing it public.

Is there a way I can speak to support directly?

Could someone from vmware get in touch please?
