You have an incorrect version of the 'vmmon' kernel module.

Try reinstalling VMware Workstation.

Have tried resigning the MOK.der keys and re-installing fresh downloaded version.

Wanted to make sure you ensured nothing was left behind during the uninstall. Please use VMware Knowledge Base for details on how to clean up an install and try to reinstall.
