Host is Linux Mint 17 64 bit
VM is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
When I shut down the VM, it throws unrecoverable error (vmx)
Attached are log, vmx, png of error dialog. See some other posts with this, but no resolution so far.

Problem went away.
After doing this about 6 times in a row, it stopped.
Gremlins?
