error in VWWmare V17 Pro

see my attachment. the VWWmare does not start due to the Auther Services in My windows 10 platform. i have tried to start manually but still no luck

As  first step, please verify that you have sufficient permissions on the system, and check whether any installed security feature (or other application) blocks the installation. Maybe the installation log files contains helpful information!?

@andrewright Please try clean uninstall and reinstall of workstation and update here if it works fine, Follow below steps for the same-

1) Uninstall WS Pro/Player.
2) Go to this location - C:\ProgramData\VMware and delete the folders for VMware Workstation and VMware Player.
3) Go to this location - C:\Users\dtomar\AppData\Roaming\VMware and delete all the files inside
4) Go to this location - C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware and delete the folders for VMware Workstation and VMware Player.
5) Install WS Pro/Player.

6) Reboot the Host machine and check
