when win7 64 host with a running ubuntu 14.04 64 guest is resumed from sleep, the guest's time is not adjusted

even though host time sync is on.  The time is off by the duration of the sleep.

do you consider this a bug?  It's pretty annoying to have to adjust the time every time you resume.
