Cant Assign more then 8GB of RAM to VM

Hey trying to assign more then 8GB of ram to my VM (VMWare Workstaion) but as soon as I assign more then 8GB of ram it will just max out at 8.

Windows 7 Home Basic 64-bit maximum RAM is set at 8GB.
