Epiphany

I have been working on a cx who called and want a refund, I doing a ACRE but having issues. The issue is that it tells me this. "the adjustment amount entered for one or more line rollup adjustments exceeds the available amount to adjust. Note that the available amount to adjust is less when a line adjustment with the same adjustment type is selected. Not sure how to fix this. Then once I fix that and this it says Please select an adjustment reason for all selected live adjustment once I do that it will not let me checkout and it does this all over again.
