Guest Server 2016 Standard will Hang Randomly

We have a Windows Server Standard 2016 running SQL Server 2016 that is randomly hanging. When the guest server hangs our users get kicked out of the SQL Applications hosted on the server, server shares can no longer be connected to via the Windows Shares, the guest will still respond to pings on the network, and we do not have any response to input from the local console in vSphere. Other guests on the same host do not have these issues and the only way to get the server back into a running state is to Force a power cycle of the guest system.

The Host server is ESXi 6.5.0 Update 1 (Build 5969303), 2 Intel Xeon Silver 4110 CPU @ 2.10 GHz, 64 GB RAM and 4 running guest systems (3 Windows 10 and 1 Server 2016).

We are working with Microsoft Support and our Backup support as well for a resolution but wanted to ensure that we are not missing something from the VMWare side of things for this issue. We have a scheduled reboot for the host system tomorrow morning (1/23/2020) as the host has been running for over half a year.
