Deleted Old vCenter after upgrade to 7 now getting VSphere DRS warning....

After upgrading from 6.7 to 7 I and deleting the old vcenter I am now getting "vSphere DRS functionality was impacted due to unhealthy state vSphere Cluster Services caused by the unavailability of vSphere Cluster Service VMs. vSphere Cluster Service VMs are required to maintain the health of vSphere DRS." for the cluster.

I was trying to perform the retreat fix (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/com.vmware.vsphere.resmgmt.doc/GUID-F98C3C93-875D-4570...)  and was able to add the entry but did it incorrectly. I added all the numbers after the ":" as well.

When trying to add the correct one I now get another error "A general system error occurred: not well-formed (invalid token)".

Please take a look at https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/91890 which deals about the Retreat Mode, and also explains how to delete an incorrect setting.
