Failure to consolidate VM disk files

Failure to consolidate VM disk files, no snapshot existed.

Please guide how to fix.

If no snapshot exists (please don't just rely on the Snapshot Manager, but also check the VM's folder/files) you may try to see whether restarting the Management Agents on the host where the VM is currently running solves the issue.

For host this VM located, I have tried migrated all VM to other hosts then power off and on.

Please advice.
