VMware vSphere Update Manager starts and immediately stops

Hey folks!
I've noticed that the VMware vSphere Update Manager service is stopped for the last couple of days, as soon as I try to start it and check the status its either stopped already or pendingstop.
when using --verbose for starting or checking the status I don't see anything useful.

vAPI endpoint service shows the following error as well, but i'm guessing its because the update manager service is stopped.

Failed to connect to 98ef1452-f627-4d66-a79b-1cd2c26b7bc1\com.vmware.vum.vapi vAPI provider.
Configuration health status is created between 2023-07-10T11:30:19IDT and 2023-07-10T11:30:20IDT.

I'm not entirely sure about when this started but I think a week ago I have /storage/seat was almost full and I had to expand this disk.
Any suggestions on what to check? I'm not sure about the log location.
VCSA 7.0.3u3 version: 7.0.3.01400

Edit: Might want to mention that the VCSAwas recently disconnected from Active Directory.

Can you try to unregister and register VUM plugins in MOB? (http://IP or Name of vCenter Server/mob)

Unable to start vCenter Update manager service. | (wordpress.com)

Read the article. I didn't have any stale entries for Administrators according to that query so I didn't deleted the single entry that was there. I stoped and restarted that service and it did not fix the issue.

I did not. I ended up upgrading from vSphere from 6.7 -> 8 and this fixed the issue with update manager.
