vCenter upgrade stage 2 pre-upgrade check error

Hope someone can help me.

Trying to upgrade vCenter from 6.7 to 7, encounter below error at stage 2 pre-upgrade check

Invalid SSO credentials for source appliance 10.x.x.x: The passed address 10.x.x.x did not match any address values in the server certificate ['hostname']

Can kindly advise? Thank you very much.

Hi,

Make sure your VC root and administrator credentials are valid and not expired. Hope this KB helps.

Just to confirm, you are using the SSO administrator right?
You can get the SSO domain from /usr/lib/vmware-vmafd/bin/vmafd-cli get-domain-name --server-name localhost
