which is the best hardware configuration for the Vcenter Virtual Machine?

how many virtual sockets ?

how many cores per socket?

how many GB RAM?

Windows or it's VCA?

If Windows:

Cores 2

Memory 4GB

Disk 5GB

If you have VC, Inventory Service, SSO, web client and DB on the same machine and you have 3 hosts and 60 VMs in inventory then recommended hw is

2 vCPUs

12 Gb RAM as minimum. 16 is better (also ensure that you have corret JVM heap size according to the size of your infra)

60 Gb HDD

Also if you use MS SQL make sure that you limited it by RAM.
