I am helping a customer importing an OVA in their tenant. Using an Org Admin account after the import the nvram file is missing and therefor the VM does not start.
However, when I log in with a System Admin account in the provider and then open the tenant, I can import the OVA and the nvram file is there.
I noticed the same behavior when I import the OVA in a catalog. As a System Admin the nvram file is included, as an Org Admin it is not.
So I looked at the roles but could not find anything related. Who can help me figure this out?
