I'm new to VSAN, and I have several HDDs and SSDs installed on the server. And I notice that the HDDs are of the "SAS" interface (with Link Speed of 6.0Gb/s), while the SSDs are of the "SATA" interface type (with Link Speed of 3.0Gb/s).
My question is: can we mix these type when creating a disk group in VSAN? i,e: Create a disk group with SATA-typed-SSD and SAS-typed-HDD?
Thanks!

Hi Silvester,
This is fine. Keep in mind that all I/O will go to SSD first, and writes are later destaged to HDD.
