Which one is recommendation for vSAN OSA type about disk type & capacity

When I want to implement vSAN OSA type which one is recommendation as cache tier :
1 - One NVME disk (write intensive - 800GB) .so it has high DWPD
2- One NVME disk (Mixed use - 3.2 TB) It has lower DWPD
My capcity disk includes 3 NVME mixed use with 3.2TB capacity

Which one is recommendation or better ?

In general, you want a higher write endurance for your cache tier. With vSphere 8 you can have a cache disk of up to 1,6 TB so you can use the entire 800 GB disk.

That said, if you're running all NVMe disks, you might want to look at vSAN ESA.
