Finding v6.7 download

I have version 6.5 ESXi and want to upgrade to the latest version of v6.7 but it is not showing up in my account. I'm guessing it's been moved or something, I always struggle when I come to the vmware.com site. I'm assuming that my 6.5 license will work with v6.7 ?
