In case of switch reboot, when the port is back to up state, i would like prevent traffic to be sent on it before a delay.
I found the KB Changing the network teaming failback delay fails in ESXi (2014075) (vmware.com).
Do you know if the parameter Net.teampolicyupdelay is used when you are using a LACP ? I guess no but just to confirm
