No Health Upstream

Hi Guys,

I need your expertise on this. I tried to stop and star the services as per vmware KB but is seems like the issue is still there and I cannot access the vCenter using the assigned ip address. vCenter is accessible in ESXI but cannot access via Web Console.. Great help is much appreaciated.

Hello,

Did you have a look on the services status?

did you have access to the VAMI interface (https://vcentername:5480)?

thanks,

in order to identify and troubleshoot the unhealthy services, you can try via SSH(bash) : # service-control --status

Did you use your root password?

it is also interesting to have a look on your certificates, as they can become expired denying some services to start.

Thank you for this. I am not sure if the certificate was the issue since There is no error that is showing as what the KB provided. It is possible though. I don't have the entitlement to raise a request. I am relying on what they give me.. I am still down since there is 8 nodes running on that part that is associated with vcenter.
