I am deploying VM from windows 2019 template using VM Customization Specifications, however, customization part is not working, and its vsphere 6.5. Below are the logs c:\windows\temp\vmware-imc\guestcust.
Source template name is only 8 char long and vmware tools are also upto date
Please suggest what else can be checked
In other environment where we have vsphere 7, its working as expected.
