I recognized Event IDs 250, 260, 271, 272 in my Windows Server 2012 R2 application logs. E.g. "VMUpgradeHelper saved/restored network"
Can someone explain what happens here?

VMUpgradeHelper is periodically saving the network configuration of the virtual machine. Is there errors appearing with these events?
