You must register your license key as indicated in the following document.

If you purchased a VMware product from a VMware website or any vendor and you did not receive the respective license key you should contact customer support, have your purchase invoice and payment ready.
If you purchased a VMware product from the customer connect site using a user and password, the license key will be registered to this user in the manage licenses section.
